Brian Clouse, Board Member

Mr. Brian Lee Clouse was born in Roaring Springs, PA. His father was a career soldier and while he was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX, his father retired from the military. Mr. Clouse graduated from Andress High School in 1978. He then joined the US Army where he served three years as a tracked vehicle mechanic in Aschaffenburg, Germany. He spent a couple of years working as a metal roof contractor which led him to his career of thirty plus years in the utility supply business, where he worked in customer service, as a delivery driver, in purchasing, outside sales, and branch management. He relocated a few times before moving to Las Cruces, NM in 1997. In 2021 he retired from the utility supply business and is currently working part- time as a Project Manager for a utility construction firm. Mr. Clouse took business and management classes at El Paso Community College and studied water technology at Doña Ana Community College, mostly for personal knowledge and interest.
